Eastern Wheeltech Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Eastern Tyres, is one of India’s most trusted and advanced tyre retreading companies. With over 19 years of industry experience, we specialize in high-quality retreading solutions for a wide range of vehicles, including LCVs, trucks, buses, dumpers, OTR (Off-the-Road) tyres, and agricultural vehicles.
We began our operations in 2006 from a small shop in Chimpliphata, Chakan (Pune), with a strong vision to provide durable, economical tyre solutions. In 2011, we expanded and relocated to our own 8,000 sq. ft. facility at Transport Nagar, Nigdi, Pune, significantly boosting our production capacity. As part of our growth strategy and to enhance service delivery, the company was restructured and incorporated as Eastern Wheeltech Pvt. Ltd. in 2021.
Our core strength lies in tyre retreading — a process that replaces the worn-out tread of a tyre with a new one, extending its life while offering a cost-effective and environmentally sustainable alternative to new tyres. We are equipped to handle:

In 2014, we partnered with Apollo Tyres Ltd, becoming the only certified Apollo Retread Zone (ARZ) company in Pune, ensuring the highest standards in retreading quality. In 2024, we proudly introduced the revolutionary RINGTREAD system in Pune and Mumbai in collaboration with Marangoni South Asia Ltd, an Italian leader in retreading technology. This splice-less, pre-cured ring system provides enhanced durability, safety, and performance compared to traditional retreading methods — making us the first in India to offer this cutting-edge solution.
Backed by a skilled team and technical support from Apollo Tyres Ltd and Marangoni South Asia Ltd, we retread over 30,000 tyres annually. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art automated machinery, ensuring consistent product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
